You are the nexus of our Italy Team, multi-tasking each day as you engage with our hotel, guide, and experience partners – keeping everyone connected. You are ultimately responsible for ensuring that all of the details on every booking are confirmed perfectly. You are the auditor, copy-editor, and goalkeeper. Perfection is your obsession. Location: Atlanta HQ.

– The Ultimate Candidate: You are obsessed with details! Spreadsheets are your friend. Clutter freaks you out. You prefer working independently, but you also find joy in collaborating with a larger team. You love beating deadlines and exceeding expectations.

TRAVEL DESIGN DIRECTOR (UK/Ireland or Italy)

– Are you up to the task?

You’ll engage with our clients – the world’s best travel advisors – and learn their clients’ dreams and preferences. You’ll lead your team as you design personalized itineraries and book an array of hotels and guides. You’ll develop strong relationships with our hotel, guide, and experience partners. Location: Atlanta HQ or Remote.

– The Ultimate Candidate: You’re a travel industry ninja with significant experience in itinerary design, hotel bookings, and concierge services. You’re looking for a passionate team that will work just as hard as you. You find joy in delivering gracious, generous customer service.

TRAVEL DESIGN COORDINATOR (UK/Ireland or Italy)

– Are you up to the task?

You’ll play a central role on a 2 or 3-person team, applying your organizational skills to ensure your operation runs with maximum efficiency as you work together to create proposals for clients. You will support your design team’s director and mentor the assistant on your team. Location: Atlanta HQ or Remote.

– The Ultimate Candidate: You’ve spent a few years in the travel industry and are ready for your next opportunity to show off your attention to detail. You are the ultimate multi-tasker, juggling details of dozens of client trips in the glorious pursuit of making people’s travel dreams come true. It makes you happy when goals are exceeded – not just your own, but your team and the company’s goals as well. This is a terrific role for someone who has experience in another industry – especially with a luxury sales background.

TRAVEL DESIGN ASSISTANT (UK/Ireland or Italy)

– Are you up to the task?

This may be an entry level position, but you’ll be doing tasks that every member of our leadership team once did (and often still do!). This is a brilliant opportunity to learn, while playing a valuable role on one of our 2 or 3-person Travel Design Teams. You’ll help the team create and book itineraries, before accessorizing them with key elements the guests will always remember. Location: Atlanta HQ or Remote.

You must be able to work quickly with a keen eye for detail, while multi-tasking on a wide variety of assignments. You love working on a team, are eager to learn, crave feedback, and are extremely goal oriented. While you love the efficiency of email, you are just as eager to jump on the phone to delight clients.

SALES & MARKETING MANAGER OR DIRECTOR (Depends on Experience)

This position will focus on marketing our Celebrated Hotel partners through innovative web-based programs, targeted social media, dynamic sales tours, and creative E-Marketing. Location: Atlanta HQ or Remote.

– The Ultimate Candidate: Dynamic, flexible, and passionate. You have experience in sales and marketing either in travel or a similar field. You love numbers, goals, spreadsheets, targeting, and tracking. You are full of creative, yet practical ideas. Change and innovation excite you!
