ELITE TRAVEL DESIGNERS: Do you have experience creating personalized itineraries at an elite level? Do you enjoy ensuring that dozens of details all go off without a hitch? Are you a multitasker who wishes that you had technology and tools that allowed you to work faster and more efficiently while designing fun itineraries for clients? Are you curious and eager to inspect new hotels and try out new experiences? Do you relish working with other experts who also have freakish attention to detail? While it is not necessary to already be a UK/Ireland expert, bonus points for those who already excel in these destinations!

TRAVEL DESIGN ASSISTANTS: This is the perfect entry-level position for someone looking to support our team of elite luxury travel designers. Many of our Directors and Vice Presidents started in this role and today manage their own teams. The perfect applicant:
– is searching for a job they actually care about.
– loves details and checklists to the point of obsession.
– cares deeply about customer service.
– is driven by the joy they receive from making people happy.
– can juggle a high volume of tasks under tight deadlines.
– appreciates processes and structures that make their jobs easier.

TRAVEL DESIGN COORDINATORS: This is the perfect position for someone who has spent 2-3 years in the industry and is not ready to manage a team, but is certainly not entry level. The perfect recruit wants to play a major role in a travel organization and either: 1) Prefers to be the more behind the scenes player focusing more on the backend details of the trip and the entire trip production process; or 2) Wants to climb the ladder and eventually manage their own Itinerary Design Team.
