Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and exceptionally organized college intern to join our team. This intern will play a key role in supporting our operations through a variety of tasks across different departments. The ideal candidate is adaptable, keen to learn, possesses a strong work ethic, and can operate independently with minimal supervision. As an intern, you will work closely with various departments, including Travel Design, Marketing, and Operations, to support our day-to-day activities and special projects.
Your responsibilities may include:
Assist in planning and organizing customized travel itineraries.
Support marketing efforts, including social media content and email campaigns.
Manage data entry, CRM updates, and administrative tasks.
Assist with research, market analysis, and report generation.
Facilitate client and partner communications, ensuring timely follow-ups.
Monitor emails, draft correspondence, and handle confidential information.
Create PowerPoint presentations and manage Excel files.
Collaborate across departments, adapting to various tasks as needed.
