Legendary Michelin Star Chef Michael Caines opened Lympstone Manor in 2017. Following his dream, he and his team worked tirelessly to restore a Grade II Georgian Mansion into one of England’s finest country house hotels. During our in-depth inspection, we insisted on seeing more and more rooms because they were so incredibly creative, thoughtful and stylish. It truly felt like I was visiting the future of country house hotels, and we knew we had to add this estate overlooking the Exe Estuary to our Collection.
