More than once, we’ve heard from Celebrated Guests who “just can’t stop thinking about” Le Grand Hôtel Cayré, it’s one of those rare gems that feels both modern (it opened in July 2024) and steeped in the kind of Roaring Twenties elegance you only find on the Left Bank.
