We personalize every travel experience for our clients from hotels, to guides, to entire itineraries.

One of the most frequent requests we get at Celebrated Experiences is for a “Downton Abbey” type of hotel experience. I really love this request as it shows a traveler who wants to really create true lasting memories rather than the traveler who would prefer to see the English countryside on a short day trip from London.

For someone truly looking for a luxury stay at one of Europe’s most exclusive manor houses, Lucknam Park is exactly what they are seeking. Located minutes from Bath, Lucknam Park is also perfect for touring The Cotswolds, Stonehenge, exceptional gardens, villages and stately homes. So many of the best hotels in the English countryside do not have proper closed plan suites or connecting rooms. Lucknam Park is the exception, and why so many discerning families select this lovely property for their time in the English countryside.

Lucknam Park also pairs exceptionally well with London for a town and country experience. We find that too often clients stay in London for longer stays, and only visit the countryside as a day trip. We are so happy that one of the most common pieces of feedback we get is from clients thanking us for recommending a stay in the countryside as they never would have thought of a few nights there and a few nights in London.

Lucknam Park has a few great updates for 2017, and we are so excited to share them with you!

The Hideaway

The brand new Hideaway launched in February and is the perfect addition to Lucknam Park’s already comprehensive range of family facilities. The converted cottage offers a variety of fun family activities for all age groups and is open all year round. This April, an interactive floor has been added to the first floor of The Hideaway, offering numerous games for the whole family to enjoy. What I really love about this is that it is not a place to drop off your kids, but it is a place to enjoy doing things with your kids together! Other great family experiences and facilities at Lucknam Park include a swimming pool, horseback riding, tennis, bicycles, croquet and more.

Restaurant Hywel Jones by Lucknam Park

On April 7th The Park restaurant was relaunched as Restaurant Hywel Jones by Lucknam Park. Redecorated and redefined guests can experience Chef Jones’s Michelin Star fine dining whilst tasting the finest seasonal ingredients sourced from local suppliers. The new menus include an a la carte menu and three spectacular tasting menus one of which being the Signature Menu which incorporates a compilation of Hywel Jones’ favourite dishes from the past decade.

ESPA at Lucknam Park

In July, The Lucknam Park Spa will become ESPA branded; one of three luxury properties in the UK including ESPA Life at Gleneagles Hotel and ESPA Life at Corinthia. New ESPA treatments and products are now available in The Spa, and the bedroom amenities will change over to ESPA. There will be a collection of result-oriented ESPA treatments that are unique to Lucknam Park. Lucknam Park’s spa is one of the most elegant and beautiful in England, and we are so excited to learn that it could even be better!
