It is one of the oldest buildings on the Estate, named after the 4th-century Bishop of Spoleto, San Sabinus. The original chapel, now a cozy living room, was used for religious services until the 1970s! The four-bedroom villa enjoys wide-open views across the Tenuta di Murlo Estate in Umbria, Italy's "green heart." The ground level has a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast table, dining room, living room, sitting room with fireplace, and laundry room with washing machine. Umbria's most cosmopolitan city, Perugia, is just 20 minutes away. Florence is a convenient 90-minute drive, and Rome is reachable in just 2 hours. The Estate offers an excellent restaurant, Il Caldaro, and a staffed concierge desk to meet guest needs.
